In France, most of tax disputes are judged by the Administrative Courts (income tax, social contributions, capital gain tax, corporation tax, VAT and others), except some cases that are handled by Judicial Courts such as wealth tax, registration duties, doination and inheritance tax.

In the event of an appeal, the Administrative Court of Appeal of Lyon will reconsider the case and, ultimately, if the dispute relates to a point of law, the Conseil d'Etat - French administrative highest Court - will take the final decision.

CM-Tax and its team of English speaking French tax advisors can assist and represent you before all Administrative Courts and Administrative Courts of Appeal in France.
