CM-Tax is a member of the Bar association of Lyon, France.
The Lyon Bar ensures respect for the collective interest of both lawyers and citizens.
To be authorized to practice his profession legally, a lawyer must be registered with a bar association. There is a bar for each judicial court: there are 164 in mainland France and in the overseas regions.
Bars are administered by a professional body, called the “Ordre des avocats”. It is an administrative and jurisdictional body for the defense and regulation of the legal profession.
Legally, the Bar Association is a public utility institution.
The Lyon Bar brings together more than 3,600 lawyers who practice within the jurisdiction of the Lyon Judicial Court. It is the first Bar of the territories and the second Bar of France after that of Paris.
