The Italian Consulate General in Lyon exercises a large part of the functions of an Italian town hall and thus records all civil status events concerning Italian nationals registered with the A.I.R.E.
Its offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and also on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has created an assistance program for Italian companies operating abroad. This offers companies the possibility of indicating their presence in the country in order to share important information on their activities with the diplomatic and consular network.
