Our real estate department is structured in two poles: the expertise of the market value of properties goods and the property dealing in France.

Expertise of the market value of properties in France


Our firm is a member of the Chamber of Real Estate Experts of France (CEIF). As such, our certified esate appraisal expert is able to carry out appraisals of the market value of real estate in France.

These expertises are carried out within the framework, in particular:

  • The annual real estate wealth tax declaration (IFI);
  • A property donation project;
  • Filing of an inheritance tax declaration;
  • Counter arguments in the context of a tax adjustment by the Frenhc tax authorities of the value of a property (3% tax on resl estate held by legal vehicles, inheritance tax,n donation tax, registration duties and others);
  • transfer project to a third party or to members of the family;
  • Divorce;
  • sale of shares in a real estate company by one or several shareholders.
